Our Approach
Art Therapy
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression—such as drawing, painting, or sculpting—to help people explore and process their thoughts and emotions. It provides a safe, non-verbal way to communicate experiences that may be difficult to put into words, supporting self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. People of all ages can benefit from this support with no artistic skills needed.
Transpersonal Psychology
Transpersonal psychology explores the spiritual and transcendent aspects of human experience, focusing on personal growth, meaning, and connection beyond the self. People who are experiencing existential crise, en of life, or bereavement may benefit from this approach.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that helps people process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences.
Specialized Support for Trauma, Grief, and Loss
As an art therapist, I support children, adolescents, and adults through grief, loss, end-of-life experiences, trauma, and mental health challenges. I offer a safe, compassionate space for healing, connection, and self-development, using creative expression alongside approaches such as mindfulness, breathwork, and EMDR. My work is gentle, client-led, and grounded in respect and dignity, helping individuals explore emotions, find meaning, and navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel personal and authentic.
